Overview

Onboard the NeuralRays delivery team against the roles and governance model defined in Appendix 4 (Project Lead, Technical Lead, Commercial Contact), and confirm the equivalent Curo-side contacts (Becky Seddon — Project Lead; Annie Andrews — Technical and Acceptance Lead).

Tasks

  • Name the NeuralRays Project Lead, Technical Lead and Commercial Contact (currently [insert] in the SOW)
  • Confirm access to Curo/JVP-held systems and contacts needed for delivery
  • Walk the team through the SOW, its appendices, and the milestone plan
  • Set up internal team communication channels and escalation paths

Dependencies

  • SOW Appendix 4 Key Contacts table being filled in on both sides.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All roles in Appendix 4 have a named individual
  • Team has read access to the SOW and this milestone documentation
