Notes¶
M4 is a release/deployment milestone, not a new feature-build milestone — its content is entirely "package and ship what M2/M3 built." The one real blocker is that the production/beta hosting target (AWS service choice — ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, etc.) hasn't been fixed yet; that decision needs to land before M4 can be executed, not just before M10.
