What's done

Architecture documentation and API docs are already in good shape from the POC phase. Nothing else — no IaC, no recorded knowledge-transfer sessions, no finalised deployment runbook.

What's outstanding

Nearly everything, and it all depends on every prior milestone landing first. The one item worth acting on immediately, independent of build progress, is getting the go-live-vs-Final-Acceptance definition written down unambiguously with Curo.

Recommendation

Raise the go-live/Final-Acceptance definition question with Curo directly, so it's resolved before it can be interpreted differently by either side later on.
