EPIC: Credential Disclosure Management

DESCRIPTION: Develop a system for staffing companies to request and receive credential disclosures from candidates. The system will allow companies to set up disclosure requests, configure verification policies, send customizable email notifications with landing pages, and track the status of disclosure requests. It will also support follow-up communications for non-responsive candidates.

BUSINESS VALUE: Enables staffing companies to efficiently request and receive verified credentials from candidates, streamlining the hiring process and reducing time-to-hire. This functionality allows companies to make hiring decisions based on trusted, verified information rather than self-reported data.

USER STORIES: - As a staffing company user, I want to set up a disclosure request so that I can request credentials from candidates. - As a staffing company user, I want to configure verification policies so that I can ensure candidates meet specific identity assurance levels. - As a staffing company user, I want to customize the email notification and landing page for disclosure requests so that they align with my company branding. - As a staffing company user, I want to send follow-up emails to candidates who haven't responded to disclosure requests so that I can improve response rates. - As a staffing company user, I want to view all disclosure requests and their verification status so that I can track candidate responses. - As a staffing company user, I want to search for candidates by name to check the status of their disclosure requests. - As a staffing company user, I want to export a CSV listing of disclosure requests and their status so that I can analyze response rates. - As a candidate, I want to receive a clear email notification about a disclosure request so that I understand what credentials I need to share. - As a candidate, I want to access a landing page with instructions on how to disclose my credentials so that I can easily complete the process.
