Nothing yet — this milestone only starts once M2/M3 features are feature-complete.

What's outstanding

• AWS hosting target decision (blocks the actual deploy step).
• First real "release to outside testers" — a different bar than an internal demo, needs release notes, a rollback plan, and the beta-tester onboarding list confirmed with Curo/JVP.

Recommendation

Get the AWS target decision made in M1/M2, not left until M4, so this milestone isn't the one that discovers the gap under time pressure.
