Deliver recorded knowledge-transfer sessions to the JVP before acceptance, covering operation, support and maintenance of the platform.

  • Technical architecture walkthrough
  • Deployment walkthrough

  • Operational support walkthrough
  • Record all sessions and supply to the JVP
