M3-12 Reminder Emails for Unclaimed Credential Offers

Overview

Automated nudge emails to candidates who received a credential offer but haven't claimed it yet, on a configurable cadence.

Backend Tasks

• Confirm ReminderService (app/backend/src/issuer/services/reminder.service.ts) daily cron job covers configurable cadence per Appendix 1
• Confirm reminders stop once a credential is claimed or expired

Frontend Tasks

• Confirm org admin can configure reminder cadence/wording (shared with M2-04 branding email templates)

Dependencies

• M3-05 offer email — reminders reuse the same template/branding system.

Acceptance Criteria

Covered under FR1 acceptance criteria — reminder functionality is one of the named sub-items.
