Overview

Produce the Functional/Technical Design deliverable for M3's scope (issuing functionality), for Curo's review and approval.

Tasks

• Consolidate the design intent already captured across M3-00 through M3-14 into a single design pack
• Cover: credential templates, manual/batch issuance, Credential Agent integration, claim journey, dashboards, CI/CD, initial hardening
• Submit to Curo for review

Dependencies

• Draws on all other M3 task files.

Acceptance Criteria

• Design materially supports agreed requirements and integrations (per SOW Appendix 3, D2b)

• All M3-00 to M3-14 task files in this folder.
