Overview

Package and deploy everything built in M2 and M3 to a live Beta environment for the JVP/nominated Beta testers to use.

Tasks

  • Decide the AWS hosting target (ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, or other) — currently an open decision blocking M3-13's deploy step
  • Replace the placeholder deploy step in .github/workflows/deploy.yml with the real deployment
  • Write release notes covering M2/M3 scope
  • Define a rollback plan
  • Confirm the Beta-tester onboarding list with Curo/JVP

Dependencies

  • M3-13 CI/CD pipeline — same AWS decision blocks both.
  • All M2/M3 tasks reaching an acceptable state first.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Deployment materials sufficient for agreed release activity
  • Review, validation and approval per Appendix 3
