Overview

Establish the recurring governance meetings defined in Appendix 4: weekly status call, design/build technical review (weekly or as required), and per-milestone review.

Tasks

• Schedule the recurring weekly status call (Curo/Supplier)
• Schedule design/build technical reviews as needed, with VCL and relevant stakeholders when Velocity integration work is in flight
• Set up the per-milestone review cadence (Curo/Supplier) to assess milestone readiness ahead of each Appendix 2 target date

Dependencies

• M1-02 team onboarding — needs named contacts first.

Acceptance Criteria

No standalone Appendix 3 criterion — this is a process setup task that enables milestone reviews throughout the project.
