Overview

Ongoing bug-fix and support cycle once v0.1 (Admin + Issuing) is live to Beta testers, per the OR3 support model (tier 2/3 during UK working hours, escalation for critical issues).

Tasks

• Set up a ticketing/triage process for issues raised via VCL (tier 1)
• Track defects against the Severity table in Appendix 3 (Critical/Major/Minor)
• Ensure fix turnaround matches the "frequent bug fix cycles" expectation in OR3

Dependencies

• M4-01 — this only starts once v0.1 is live.

Acceptance Criteria

Ongoing — assessed as part of overall Beta Programme success at M10.

• SOW Appendix 3 (Defect Severity table), OR3 (Support and Maintenance)
